So what is Blinking Flamingos all about?
Blinking Flamingos is simply the musings of a middle-aged bloke living on the Eastern Algarve; a bloke who has no idea what he’s doing!
I write about my experiences, as well as the activities and places on the Eastern Algarve that I’ve enjoyed. If you aim to move here, or just want to spend some time in a lovely part of the world, hopefully my blog will give you some idea of what to expect.
Life here isn’t always straightforward, in fact it can be downright frustrating, but it’s always interesting, and the weather/food/beaches are stunning.
And them ‘Blinking Flamingos’? They’re what I see from my roof terrace!
