2 Hop Heaven – IPA, 6.8 %, IBU 60

“An India Pale Ale, made with Maris Otter and munic malt, which leaves some sweetness and color (what do you mean by leaves some sweetness and colour?). Powered up (what do you mean by powered up?) with 570 grams of American hops. There are notes of tropical fruit in the aroma, and a long fruity aftertaste, with a hint of malt, hops and bitterness.”

3 Not that Bitter – English bitter, 4.5 %, IBU 25

4 Norwegian Farmhouse Ale – 6.1 %, IBU 23

“An Amber beer, made of pale ale (When you say Pale Ale, is there something more specific that you should use here?), Vienna malt and American hops, with a ‘Belgian’ aftertaste. The yeast used is KVEIK, an old Norwegian yeast from the west coast. It´s a very special yeast, continuing to ferment at temperatures as high as body temperature.” (I’m hoping I’ve understood this correctly!)

Hop/Yeast

Cascade, Citra/WLP 6788 Norwegian Farmhouse ale (KVEIK)

5 Oatmeal stout – 4.9 %, IBU 23

“A classic oatmeal stout, using Maris Otter pale ale malt, several dark malts, and of course the oatmeal. It has a hint of chocolate and coffee in the aftertaste. Despite being dark, it’s not a heavy beer at all.”

Hop/Yeast

Target/Irish Ale Yeast

6 Belgian Dubbel Jr. – 6.9 %, IBU 21

“A brownish beer, with a hint of hops and a nice Abbey yeast aroma and flavour. You’ll also appreciate notes of dried fruit and prunes.  It`s called ‘Junior’ because it is slightly different from my usual Dubbel!”

Hop/Yeast

Hallertau Mittelfrüh/Belgian Abbey Yeast, (M47)

7 En Enkel – Belgian Enkel, 5 %, IBU 31

“A bright Belgian beer, great for the warmer weather. It uses Lagermalt, English and Czech hops, and, of course, an Abbey yeast. Light in color and taste, there is some sweetness in the aftertaste from the yeast.”

Hop/Yeast

8 Chilli WIT – a Belgian WIT, 4.5 %, IBU 17

E.K.G, Saaz/Belgian WIT yeast, (M21)

9 Weizen Bock – 7.6 %, IBU 14

Hop/Yeast

Hallertau Mittelfrü/Crossmyloof KristallWeizen

10 Cucumber Saison – 6.2 %, IBU 20

Hop/Yeast

Citra, Saaz, Target/CrossMyLoof Lille Saison

11 Raspberry Sour – 4.9 %, IBU 3

“A wheat beer kettle soured with Kefir (What is kefir?) before boiling. After 4 days of fermentation, 2kg of Norwegian raspberries was added. Enjoy and embrace the berries!”
